Online Marketing Analyst

Description:
RPM Consulting is looking for a high-energy, self-motivated individual to fill an Online Marketing Analyst position. This individual will be a part of a team that consults a rapidly expanding, well-funded tech start-up company as it builds a new internet marketing department. No experience in online marketing is required. This position is an unpaid internship. Very flexible shifts.


Duties may include participation in the following areas:
  • The hiring process of fulfillment personnel for client
  • Management of overseas labor
  • Creation of online marketing fulfillment systems and processes
  • Advise client on improvement of coordination between various fulfillment teams
  • Advise client on operational efficiency
  • Training of client employees in online marketing best practices
  • Creation of strategic partnerships for client
  • Reporting and analysis of key performance indicators
  • Market research and competitive landscaping
Requirements:
Self-motivated to execute assigned tasks
Proactive in foreseeing team needs and providing solutions
Proven problem solving abilities
Professional demeanor in communication and dress
20 hours of committed work per week
Ability to attend team meetings in Orem, Utah twice a week.

Internship Program details
Unpaid Internship
20, 40, or 60 hours a week (40 max for students) (Very flexible schedules)
4 to 6 month commitment
Employment after the Internship is not guaranteed
